百福控股(01488.HK):預計年度虧損將大幅增加
格隆匯3月16日丨百福控股(01488.HK)發佈公告,預期截至2019年12月31日止年度公司權益持有人應占虧損,比較2018年度將錄得大幅增加。
公告表示,董事會認為該等預期虧損增加主要歸因於集團於2019年處置手袋業務產生的虧損;利息費用的增加,主要包括2018年11月發行可換股債券且未全部轉換產生較大利息費用;及集團參股餐飲品牌由於體量限制及處於高速成長期,為長期增長擴大規模及探索新模式等階段性投入較大,整體尚未能為集團貢獻利潤,甚至產生虧損。
