四方達(300179.SZ)：董事晏小平因誤操作違規減持説明及致歉聲明
格隆匯3月16日丨四方達(300179.SZ)公佈，2020年3月14日，公司收到董事晏小平關於因誤操作違規減持公司股份的情況説明及致歉聲明，其本次減持計劃已完成。
公司於2020年1月23日披露了《關於部分董事、高級管理人員股份減持計劃的預披露公告》，晏小平自公告發布之日起15個交易日後的6個月內通過集中競價或者大宗交易或者兩者相結合的方式減持不超過8.2萬股，佔當時公司總股本的0.017%。在減持股份計劃實施以前，晏小平持有公司股份33.57萬股，佔當時公司總股本的0.07%。具體內容詳見披露的公告。
晏小平於2020年3月12日以集中競價方式減持公司股份4.8925萬股，於3月13日以集中競價方式減持公司股份3.5萬股，合計減持8.3925萬股，截至公告日，晏小平的減持股份計劃已實施完畢，其目前持有公司股份25.1775萬股，佔目前公司總股本的0.05%。
晏小平於2020年3月12日以集中競價方式減持公司股份4.8925萬股，於3月13日以集中競價方式減持公司股份3.5萬股，合計減持8.3925萬股，超出預披露公告減持目標1925股，但未超過其持有股份的25%。超出部分減持均價為6.90元/股，金額為1.328萬元。
晏小平發現上述失誤操作後，及時主動通知公司，並出具了本次因誤操作違規減持公司股份的情況説明及致歉聲明。
公司在獲知上述違規減持行為後，對晏小平進行了批評教育，要求其認真學習《證券法》、《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》、《上市公司股東、董監高減持股份的若干規定》及《深圳證券交易所上市公司股東及董事、監事和高級管理人員減持股份實施細則》等相關法律法規、規範性文件，嚴格按照相關規定審慎操作。
晏小平已認識到本次違規減持事項的嚴重性並進行了深刻反省，同時承諾自公告披露之日起6 個月內不減持其所持公司股票。
按照先買入先賣出的原則，晏小平本次超額減持股份1925股為前期從二級市場增持部分股份，增持價格為6.82元/股，超額減持的股份收益154元將全部上繳公司。
