天津磁卡(600800.SH):天津市國資委擬將渤化集團100%股權注入津投資本
格隆匯3月16日丨天津磁卡(600800.SH)公佈,公司近日收到控股股東天津渤海化工集團有限責任公司(“渤化集團”)的通知,渤化集團於近日收到天津市人民政府出具的《天津市人民政府關於津投資本重組渤化集團方案的批覆》(津政函【2020】21號)。批覆的主要內容為“同意將渤化集團100%股權注入天津國有資本投資運營有限公司,重組完成後,渤化集團仍作為市管企業,涉及產權管理事項相應調整。”
此次天津市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會(“天津市國資委”)將渤化集團100%股權注入天津國有資本投資運營有限公司(“津投資本”)事項完成後,公司的控股股東和實際控制人均不會發生變化,公司控股股東仍為渤化集團,實際控制人仍為天津市國資委。
