銀輪股份(002126.SZ)：擬向特斯拉供應汽車熱換模塊產品
格隆匯3月16日丨銀輪股份(002126.SZ)公佈，近期，公司全資子公司上海銀輪熱交換系統有限公司(“上海銀輪”)與Tesla, Inc. (“特斯拉”)、特斯拉(上海)有限公司(Tesla Shanghai Co,Ltd.)(“特斯拉上海”)簽訂了產品零件或服務通用條款合同、產品定價協議，Yinlun TDI，LLC(“Yinlun TDI”)與 Tesla, Inc.簽訂了產品零件或服務通用條款合同，特斯拉將向公司採購汽車換熱模塊產品。
Tesla,Inc.是一家在美國納斯達克證券交易所上市的公司，成立於2003年，註冊在Delaware(美國特拉華州)，主要辦公地址為3500 Deer Creek Road，Palo Alto，California(美國加利福尼亞州帕羅奧圖市迪爾克里克路3500號)。主要從事高性能純電動車及電力系統部件、儲能系統、充電設施、太陽能發電裝置的設計、開發、製造和銷售。
特斯拉(上海)有限公司從事電動汽車及零部件、電池、儲能設備、光伏產品領域內的生產、銷售、維修及其他售後服務以及技術開發、技術服務、技術諮詢、技術轉讓，上述同類商品的批發、佣金代理(拍賣除外)、進出口業務、售後服務，並提供相關配套服務，電動汽車展示及產品推廣，倉儲，與上述業務相關的培訓、諮詢、研發和技術服務，企業管理諮詢，商務信息諮詢，為集團內部提供財務諮詢，電池隔膜(厚度15-40μm，孔隙率40%-60%)；電池管理系統，電機管理系統，電動汽車電控集成；電動汽車驅動電機(峯值功率密度≥2.5kW/kg，高效區：65%工作區效率≥80%)，車用DC/DC(輸入電壓100V-400V)，大功率電子器件(IGBT，電壓等級≥600V，電流≥300A)等新能源汽車關鍵零部件製造。
加快推進國際化、技術引領和提升綜合競爭能力是公司二次創業三大戰略方向，取得與特斯拉業務合作，是公司積極推進三大戰略所取得的階段重要成果之一。上述項目系銀輪北美研發平台與公司研究總院多地高效協同，共同開發的結果，充分體現公司為客户提供熱管理系統解決方案和產品的研發能力和綜合管理能力。為了屬地就近服務特斯拉上海工廠，汽車換熱模塊產品將由上海銀輪負責生產和服務。上海銀輪是公司乘用車新能源熱管理產品的核心生產基地，與特斯拉上海工廠同處臨港自貿區，相距約20公里，目前正在加快建設智能化、自動化的專用生產線，來滿足特斯拉及今後其他客户的需求。
