格隆匯3月16日丨銘普光磁(002902.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入14.01億元，同比下降12.70%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2697.05萬元，同比增長4.72%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1919.37萬元，同比增長33.46%；基本每股收益0.1284元。擬以2.1億為基數，向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
中美貿易摩擦和5G商用是2019年公司經營的大環境和大背景，這種大環境和大背景，帶來2019年危中有機的挑戰時刻。公司產品主要應用於通信設備，一方面，受中美貿易摩擦的影響，部分客户在部分時段出現因計劃調整而放緩供應需求的情況，導致公司總體銷售收入短期內下降，但同時這部分客户也為突破關鍵元器件“卡脖子”問題向公司提出了更多的新產品研發需求，以替代進口；另一方面，5G建設加速進行，使得通信設備商與運營商對鞏固和發展具有穩定供應能力的合作伙伴具有較強的迫切性，這為公司抓住機遇鞏固國內市場和進一步開闢國際客户市場帶來良好的機遇。2019年主要經營管理措施：公司2019年繼續聚焦主業，持續優化公司內控管理流程，不斷提高公司的運營效率，降低公司的運營成本。同時，加大在新產品、新項目方面的研發投入及人才儲備。
1、直面挑戰、迎接機遇。2019年，面對持續加劇的市場競爭、不斷上升的成本壓力的挑戰，公司繼續採取有效的管理措施提升運營效率、降低運營成本。同時，為迎接5G及其大趨勢下數據中心、接入網領域的市場需求，為響應國內關鍵客户突破“卡脖子”問題的急迫需求，在產品研發和市場服務方面繼續加大了投入並做了相應的產品及人才儲備。
2、加強產銷協同，優化訂單信息流、物流和資金流。整合了製造管理，優化了供應鏈管理的流程和組織，從端到端的流程視角，打通價值鏈條的各個環節，持續推進質量管理體系的完善與產品質量的提高，加強對存貨與應收賬款的風險管控，提升了物流與資金流的週轉效率。
3、建立管理人才與技術人才的培育機制，完善人才梯隊建設。根據公司發展戰略的規劃，儲備及培養相應的管理人才與技術人才，完善了績效管理機制，並按照創造價值、價值評估、價值分享的原則實施對人員的考核與激勵。
