科力爾(002892.SZ)子公司擬分別與鵬翔合夥及鵬潤合夥設立科力爾工控及科力爾泵業
格隆匯3月16日丨科力爾(002892.SZ)公佈，為完善公司戰略佈局，拓展公司業務範圍，公司於2020年3月16日召開第二屆董事會第九次會議審議通過了《關於全資子公司對外投資暨關聯交易的議案》，同意通過全資子公司深圳市科力爾投資控股有限公司(“科力爾投控”)進行投資，分別與深圳市鵬翔企業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“鵬翔合夥”)共同投資設立深圳市科力爾工業自動化控制技術有限公司(暫定名，“科力爾工控”)、與深圳市鵬潤企業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“鵬潤合夥”)共同投資設立深圳市科力爾泵業有限公司(暫定名，“科力爾泵業”)。
公司全資子公司科力爾投控擬出資人民幣1400萬元與鵬翔合夥在深圳市共同投資設立深圳市科力爾工業自動化控制技術有限公司(暫定名，以市場監督管理局最終核名為準)，註冊資本為人民幣2,000萬元，其中科力爾投控持股70%，鵬翔合夥持股30%。
公司全資子公司科力爾投控擬出資人民幣700萬元與鵬潤合夥在深圳市共同投資設立深圳市科力爾泵業有限公司(暫定名，以市場監督管理局最終核名為準)，註冊資本為人民幣1000萬元，其中科力爾投控持股70%，鵬潤合夥持股30%。
深圳市科力爾工業自動化控制技術有限公司擬經營範圍：各類工業自動化產品、機電產品、驅動器、控制器、電子元器件、機器人核心零部件、電子製造設備核心零部件、鋰電池製造設備核心零部件、醫療器械製造設備核心零部件、數控機牀核心零部件、自動化設備核心零部件、5G基站零部件、物聯網產品及各種軟件的研發、設計、系統集成方案、銷售和技術服務。
深圳市科力爾泵業有限公司擬經營範圍：各類機電產品、電子元器件、精密泵、電磁泵、醫療器械用泵類、家電用泵類的研發、製造和銷售。
此次公司全資子公司與合夥企業共同出資設立公司，有利於完善公司產業佈局，拓寬市場領域，提升公司的核心競爭力和盈利能力。
