斯萊克(300382.SZ)擬增資先萊汽車 使其註冊資本由1億元增至3億元
格隆匯3月16日丨斯萊克(300382.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司蘇州先萊新能源汽車零部件有限公司(“先萊汽車”)主要從事新能源汽車相關業務。公司一直對新能源汽車相關產業鏈發展前景充滿信心，為提升公司在新能源汽車行業競爭力，公司通過先萊汽車對“安徽斯翔電池科技有限公司(“安徽斯翔”)和新鄉市盛達新能源科技有限公司(“新鄉盛達”)等新能源汽車電池殼企業進行了較大規模的投資，開展了新能源汽車鋁製圓柱電池殼、圓柱型動力電池鋼殼等項目，近期先萊汽車有可能對安徽斯翔繼續加大投入。
隨着前期項目的穩步推進和業務的大規模拓展，鑑於近期發展，為進一步促進先萊汽車資金實力，緩解其資金壓力，增加抗風險能力，公司擬以自有資金對先萊汽車進行增資。此次增資完成後，先萊汽車註冊資本由1億元增加至3億元。
先萊汽車自2018年4月成立至今，主要投資了以下項目：
2018年公司通過先萊汽車持有新鄉盛達70%的股份。2019年4月，公司決定通過新鄉盛達在河南省新鄉市啟動年產30億隻圓柱型動力電池鋼殼項目，項目總投資額8億元，公司將使用自己專業研發的新型電池鋼殼自動化生產線，生產新能源圓柱電池使用的18650和21700鋼殼，項目建成後將使用自主開發的電池殼產品為汽車行業新能源電池客户進行配套。
2019年公司通過先萊汽車持有安徽斯翔51%的股份。公司將使用自己研發的鋁制圓柱電池殼的自動化生產線，生產圓柱鋁殼專門為磷酸鐵鋰電池配套，通過安徽斯翔在安徽省合肥市肥東經濟開發區投資年產3億隻鋁製圓柱電池殼項目，總投資約5億元。
目前以上項目進展順利，鑑於新能源汽車行業的快速發展，市場對新能源汽車電池殼需求旺盛，公司將繼續加速進軍新能源汽車電池殼產業的步伐，近期可能會擴大對現有項目的投入。未來根據發展需要，公司將不斷為先萊汽車提供資金支持，繼續增加其註冊資本，保持其資本金充足，以滿足先萊汽車的對外投資需要，確保公司新能源汽車相關業務的順利實施。
