美瑞健康国际(02327.HK)料2019年盈转亏
格隆汇3月15日丨美瑞健康国际(02327.HK)公告,集团预期于截至2019年12月31日止年度录得股东应占亏损达到约为1700万港元至2800万港元,而截至2018年12月31日止年度则录得股东应占溢利为约8050万港元。转盈为亏主要由于以下原因:
(i)商誉减值增加。因为去年香港社会运动,导致本集团旗下的法国巴黎医疗诊所香港店收入下降,而该店的利润也大幅下降;(ii)确认一间联营公司即云南汉素生物科技有限公司投资的减值。由于中美贸易摩擦和大麻二酚在国际上的价格大幅下滑,云南汉素积极开拓中国市场及相关专利技术的研发和销售,但销往海外CBD减少,导致其经营性财务表现不佳。基于谨慎原则,对该投资中无形资产进行全额减值;(iii)集团投资物业公平值收益大幅下降。其主要原因是因为新型冠状病毒肺炎爆发导致中国经济增长放缓,及香港经济受到抗议活动的打击后萎缩。
