浩雲科技(300448.SZ)子公司擬1800萬元與兆物信連共設區塊鏈科技公司
格隆匯3月12日丨浩雲科技(300448.SZ)公佈，為拓展公司業務範圍，培育新的利潤增長點，公司全資子公司西藏浩雲創業投資有限公司(“西藏浩雲”)決定與湖南兆物信連信息科技有限公司(“兆物信連”)合作，共同出資設立廣州浩雲區塊鏈科技有限公司(暫定名，具體以工商行政管理部門核准為準，“合資公司”)，合資公司註冊資本為人民幣3000.00萬元，其中，西藏浩雲出資人民幣1800.00萬元，佔合資公司註冊資本總額的60.00%，兆物信連出資人民幣1200.00萬元，佔合資公司註冊資本總額的40.00%。
廣州浩雲區塊鏈科技有限公司(暫定名，具體以工商行政管理部門核准為準)經營範圍：信息技術諮詢服務；數據處理和存儲服務；信息系統集成服務；軟件開發(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)；其他信息技術服務業(具體以工商行政管理機關核准的經營範圍為準)
合資協議的主要內容為(甲方為西藏浩雲，乙方為兆物信連)：
合資公司的宗旨：開發和應用先進技術、採取科學管理方法,為社會創造價值，使股東獲得滿意的經濟效益；公司現階段的營業模式是結合甲方在物聯網等領域多年積累的行業經驗、物聯網技術、區塊鏈技術以及乙方在區塊鏈技術方面的技術儲備，由雙方基於各自技術優勢共同打造“物聯網+區塊鏈”的全新解決方案。合資公司成立後將在全國範圍內向客户提供整體區塊鏈解決方案，合資公司在2020年底前至少拿到一個國家互聯網信息辦公室區塊鏈信息服務備案。
此次對外投資，是基於公司戰略整體佈局考慮的需要。此次投資完成後，公司將持有合資公司60.00%股權，該合資公司納入本公司合併報表範圍。公司全資子公司與兆物信連合資設立公司，通過結合公司在物聯網等領域多年積累的行業經驗、物聯網技術、區塊鏈技術以及兆物信連在區塊鏈技術方面的技術儲備，拓展公司區塊鏈技術及產品的應用與業務，有利於培育公司新的利潤增長點，鞏固和提升公司的市場競爭力。
