樂山電力(600644.SH)擬階段性降低企業用電價格
格隆匯3月12日丨樂山電力(600644.SH)公佈，近日，公司收到樂山市發展和改革委員會《關於轉發〈四川省發展和改革委員會關於實施靈活水電氣價格措施支持有關用户抗擊疫情影響和平穩健康發展的通知〉的通知》(樂發改價格〔2020〕61號)、《關於轉發〈四川省發展和改革委員會關於落實國家階段性降低企業用電成本支持企業復工復產政策有關工作的通知〉的通知》(樂發改價格〔2020〕73號)，為貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署，統籌疫情防控與經濟社會發展，支持企業復工復產、共渡難關，對電網內部分電力用户實施階段性降低企業用電價格政策，現將主要內容公告如下：
一、此次電價調整政策具體情況
1.根據四川省發展和改革委員會《關於實施靈活水電氣價格措施支持有關用户抗擊疫情影響和平穩健康發展的通知》(川發改價格[2020]51號)及樂山市發展和改革委員會樂發改價格〔2020〕61號文件精神，自2020年2月7日起對執行兩部制電價的企業給予靈活政策支持，對受疫情影響的水電氣用户給予欠費不斷供等支持。
2.根據四川省發展和改革委員會川發改價格[2020]73號文件精神，從2020年2月1日起至6月30日止，除高耗能行業用户外的，現執行四川電網目錄銷售電價表中“工商業及其它電價”(不含躉售)類別電價，以及四川電網未同價地區、省屬電網、地方電網目錄銷售電價表中“一般工商業及其它用電、大工業用電、商業用電、非居民照明用電、非工業及普通工業用電”類別電價的電力用户，在計收當月電費(含政府性基金及附加)時，統一按到户電價水平的95%結算；明確支持性兩部制電價政策執行時間至2020年6月30日。
二、此次電價調整政策對公司的影響
經公司初步測算，考慮相關綜合因素，此次電價調整政策預計將減少公司2020年度電力業務收入約1600萬元。該測算僅為初步預測，敬請投資者注意投資風險。
