润都股份(002923.SZ)及子公司拟向银行申请综合授信不超8亿元
格隆汇3月12日丨润都股份(002923.SZ)公布,公司为满足生产经营活动的资金需求,公司及子公司向包括但不限于中国工商银行、中国银行、中国农业银行、中国建设银行、华润银行、东莞银行等银行申请综合授信,授信总额不超过人民币8亿元,形式包括但不限于流动资金贷款、非流动资金贷款、承兑汇票、保函、开立信用证等业务。综合授信期限自公司股东大会审议通过之日起不超过一年,实际综合授信额度以银行实际审批额度为准,在授权期限内,授权额度可循环使用。
