東易日盛(002713.SZ)與工商銀行簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯3月12日丨東易日盛(002713.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)與中國工商銀行股份有限公司北京市分行(“工商銀行”、“乙方”)於近日簽署《戰略合作協議》，工商銀行同意在符合國家產業政策、信貸政策及其自身制度辦法及審批條件的前提下，同時結合公司實際經營情況，在協議有效期內向公司提供人民幣5億元的意向性授信額度。甲乙雙方合作內容，包括但不限於：
1、企業及個人金融服務
(1)融資業務。乙方結合甲方實際經營情況，在協議有效期內(協議有效期為五年)擬為甲方累計提供人民幣5億元的意向性授信額度(具體授信額度及使用模式以乙方最終審批為準)。
(2)其他類金融業務合作。雙方將在結算與現金管理業務、存款及理財服務、金融市場服務、普惠金融業務、投資銀行服務、個人金融類服務等多個業務領域展開合作。
2、用户、渠道與營銷合作
(1)用户權益合作。雙方探索開展客户權益、客户忠誠度管理等方面合作；在符合法律法規及甲乙雙方自身制度辦法的前提下，乙方為甲方的優質客户提供優質全面的金融服務，甲方可為乙方優質客户出具專屬方案及產品。
(2)渠道與營銷合作。在遵循法律法規的前提下，充分整合雙方線上線下渠道優勢，研究推進聯合營銷、交叉引流等多種營銷模式，如：甲方將乙方零售金融產品與服務融合至甲方線上平台；甲方可將其產品及其針對乙方專屬的產品及服務方案添加至融e購等乙方平台中，利用雙方渠道和平台進行交叉營銷、聯合推廣等營銷推廣策略。
上述協議的簽署，有利於公司與工商銀行建立長期穩定的戰略合作伙伴關係，整合雙方優勢資源，實現合作共贏，對公司未來經營發展有積極的促進作用。
工商銀行將配合公司的戰略發展規劃，積極為公司業務發展提供各類金融服務，有利於公司優化融資結構，提升融資效率及資金管理能力。
工商銀行社會影響力強，用户體量大，具備良好的渠道優勢，雙方在圍繞用户、渠道與營銷等方面的合作將有利於公司在提升品牌影響力的同時，拓寬營銷渠道。
