牧原股份(002714.SZ)擬設立若干子公司、孫公司 進一步打造生豬產業鏈
格隆匯3月12日丨牧原股份(002714.SZ)公佈，公司2020年3月12日召開的第三屆董事會第二十五次會議以7票同意，0票反對，0票棄權審議通過了《關於在內鄉縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在西峽縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在鎮平縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在賓陽縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在西鄉塘區設立子公司的議案》、《關於在東阿縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在桃城區設立子公司的議案》、《關於在海安縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在海口市設立子公司的議案》、《關於在固鎮縣設立子公司的議案》、《關於在奈曼設立孫公司的議案》、《關於在鐵嶺設立孫公司的議案》、《關於在通榆設立孫公司的議案》。
公司以自有資金出資設立內鄉牧原、西峽牧原、鎮平牧原、賓陽牧原、西鄉塘牧原、東阿牧原、桃城牧原、海安牧原、海口牧原、固鎮牧原；公司子公司河南牧原肉食品有限公司(“牧原肉食”)以自有資金出資設立奈曼肉食、鐵嶺肉食、通榆肉食。
隨着公司養殖規模的逐步擴大，結合公司戰略發展需要，公司將進一步打造集科研、飼料加工、生豬育種、種豬擴繁、商品豬飼養、生豬屠宰為一體的生豬產業鏈。
河南省南陽市內鄉縣、西峽縣、鎮平縣，廣西壯族自治區南寧市賓陽縣，廣西壯族自治區南寧市西鄉塘區，山東省聊城市東阿縣，河北省衡水市桃城區，江蘇省海安市，海南省海口市瓊山區，安徽省蚌埠市固鎮縣擁有良好的地理位置優勢和糧食資源優勢，公司在上述地區設立全資子公司，有利於公司擴大生產規模，提高公司產品市場佔有率，獲取規模經濟效益，實現全體股東的利益最大化。
公司全資子公司牧原肉食投資設立孫公司是着眼於公司業務佈局的完善和長期戰略發展規劃，是根據行業形勢的變化以及公司長遠發展規劃的考慮，是公司由養殖環節向下遊發展的重要舉措，將對公司未來發展有重要而積極意義。有利於公司實施戰略發展規劃，提高核心競爭力，進一步增強公司的綜合競爭力和盈利能力，鞏固公司在行業內的地位，有利於公司的長期和持續發展，會產生良好的經濟效益和社會效益。
