格隆匯3月12日丨長纜科技(002879.SZ)公佈，因公司業務需要，擬增加公司經營範圍：智能電纜附件設備、電力監測監控類系統及設備、隧道綜合監控系統及設備、綜合管廊監測系統及設備的設計、研發、生產、銷售；電力在線監測系統、電力安防工程技術的開發與施工；計算機軟件開發；計算機網絡工程、人工智能、物聯網領域內的技術及產品開發。
變更前經營範圍為：輸電線路用附件、通訊電纜用附件、電力金具、電纜接續金具、電工器材、電纜敷設成套機械、絕緣材料及製品、特種電線電纜製品的生產、銷售，電線電纜、機電產品(不含汽車)、建材的經銷，電纜安裝技術的諮詢服務，電纜附件的研發、技術諮詢、技術服務，電纜附件安裝技術的研發及諮詢服務；電纜和電纜附件安裝工程的設計、施工、安裝，高低壓成套開關設備及配件的研究、開發、生產及銷售；自有土地廠房租賃。自營和代理各類商品和技術的進出口(國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
