格隆匯3月12日丨科達利(002850.SZ)公佈,公司為了進一步拓展海外市場,滿足公司戰略發展需要,公司擬在德國投資設立全資子公司並以自有資金不超過6000萬歐元投資建設科達利德國生產基地一期項目。
公司在德國設立子公司,是為了進一步滿足客户需求,拓展海外市場。德國子公司的設立,也有利於公司引進國際化優秀人才和團隊,整合海外市場資源,提升公司產品在海外市場的佔有率,並進一步增強公司的全球競爭力。
