華潤置地(01109.HK):至3月底為61個購物中心商戶減免租金逾10億人幣
國務院國資委新聞中心官方微博近日披露了華潤置地(01109.HK)為全國商戶減免租金的情況,預計到3月底,華潤置地全國40個城市的61個在營購物中心內經營的租戶,將減免租金約10.2億元人民幣。
在新冠疫情爆發後,1月29日,潤地決定免除全國各商業項目所有商戶自1月25日至2月9日期間(共計16日)的租金,涉及約1.4萬個租戶;2月29日,潤地再次通知商戶,免除2月10日至2月24日期間租金,並提供2月25日至3月31日期間的租金減免支持政策。
