兩面針(600249.SH)擬增加經營範圍“消毒劑的生產、銷售”

格隆匯3月12日丨兩面針(600249.SH)公佈，公司於2020年3月11日以通訊方式召開了第七屆董事會第十五次會議，審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍並修改〈公司章程〉的議案》。公司擬對營業執照中的經營範圍相應進行變更，同時對《公司章程》相應條款進行修訂。
變更前:牙膏(國家有專項規定除外)、發用化粧品、香皂、膏霜、香水類、牙刷、旅遊用品、家用衞生品、包裝用品、日用化學品、洗滌用品的生產銷售；紙及紙製品生產(租賃造紙廠資產經營)、銷售；紙品加工；牙膏原材料生產、銷售；自營和代理各類商品和技術的進出口(但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)；日用百貨、五金交電、服裝鞋帽、化工產品及原料(不含易燃易爆危險品)、紙及紙製品、塑料及其製品、金屬材料的銷售。

此外，公司風險提示：
(1)公司目前的消毒類產品以抑菌洗手液為主，該類產品的生產、銷售佔營業收入比重很小，對公司近期的業績無重大影響。
(2)公司尚未開展與此次新增經營範圍的生產、銷售等業務，公司將在取得相應批准後，根據市場變化及公司發展戰略決定是否開展該類相關業務，因此該事項存在不確定性，對公司近期的業績無重大影響。
(3)公司的主營業務為日化消費品產業，此次變更經營範圍不會使公司的主營業務發生變化。
