友邦保險(01299.HK)年度營運溢利上升9%至57.41億美元 末期息93.3港仙
格隆匯3月12日丨友邦保險(01299.HK)發佈截至2019年12月31日止年度業績，該年度新業務價值增長6%至41.54億美元，不計入香港業務的新業務價值增長16%；年化新保費增加2%至65.85億美元，新業務價值利潤率上升3.0個百分點至62.9%。税後營運溢利上升9%至57.41億美元，內涵價值營運溢利增加6%至86.85億美元，內涵價值營運回報為15.9%。末期股息增加10%至每股93.30港仙，全年股息總額為每股1.266港元，上升11%（不包括2018年的特別股息）。
期間內涵價值權益為639億美元，內涵價值為620億美元，兩者均上升12%。期內產生的基本自由盈餘上升13%至55.01億美元，自由盈餘增加至149億美元，匯款淨額為37億美元。在計入收購澳洲The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited (CMLA)的影響後，AIACo.按香港保險業條例基準計算的償付能力充足率保持強勁，達362%。
友邦保險集團首席執行官兼總裁黃經輝(Ng Keng Hooi)表示：儘管經營環境充滿挑戰，友邦保險仍於2019年取得穩健的表現，各主要財務指標均持續增長。主要新業務價值增長6%，乃基於上半年非常強勁的增長，但下半年表現受到香港社會動盪的嚴重影響。不計入香港業務，新業務價值取得16%的強勁增長。税後營運溢利上升9%，期內產生的基本自由盈餘增加13%，而內涵價值權益也增加了12%。
公司在中國內地全資擁有的業務再度取得非常強勁的表現，新業務價值增長27%。此外，其很高興中國內地業務的税後營運溢利首次超越10億美元，引證公司業務具吸引力的財務增長動力。隨着去年年底中國內地宣佈進一步向外資開放壽險市場，公司已就改建上海分公司為子公司事項提交監管批准申請。如獲得監管批覆，這將為公司在中國內地把業務拓展至其他區域奠定新的基礎，而這方面的工作始於公司於2019年內在天津市和河北省石家莊市開設營銷服務部。
