東亞銀行(00023.HK)以股代息發行的新股市值為每股17.9208港元
格隆匯3月11日丨東亞銀行(00023.HK)公佈,該行於2020年3月10日曾致函股東,函中董事會已宣佈以現金每股0.35港元派發2019第二次中期股息,股東可選擇收取已繳足股款的新股以代替現金股息。其可得股數的計算準則為按照該行現有股份在香港聯合交易所有限公司於2020年3月5日(星期四)至2020年3月11日(星期三)(首尾兩天包括在內)的平均收市價之95%計算。該平均收市價現已確定為18.864港元。因此,計算以股代息應收股數之市值為每股17.9208港元。
2019第二次中期股息的新股股票及股息支票將約於2020年4月1日(星期三)以平郵寄予股東。股東就2019第二次中期股息選擇收取全部或部分新股將獲發給新股股票一張。
