中國燃氣(00384.HK)完成發行10億元中期票據
格隆匯3月11日丨中國燃氣(00384.HK)宣佈,公司已於2020年3月10日在中國銀行間市場完成"中國燃氣控股有限公司2020年度第一期中期票據(疫情防控債"的發行。2020年度第一期中期票據的發行總金額為人民幣10億元,年期五年,固定票面利率為3.38%。2020年度第一期中期票據的計息期限為自2020年3月10日起至2025年3月9日止。發行2020年度第一期中期票據所得款項將用於償還公司國內附屬公司有息債務,及補充公司附屬公司因支持疫情防控而產生的流動資金需求。
