萬業企業(600641.SH)第二大股東解質5100萬股及再質押3400萬股
格隆匯3月11日丨萬業企業(600641.SH)公佈,公司於2020年3月11日接到公司第二大股東三林萬業(上海)企業集團有限公司(以下簡稱“三林萬業”)辦理股份解除質押的通知,獲悉其將所持有公司的股份於今日先後辦理了5100萬股解除質押登記及3400萬股新增質押登記手續。
公司第二大股東三林萬業持有公司1.09億股股份,佔公司總股本的13.53%,截至本公告披露日,三林萬業累計質押9200萬股股份,佔其持有公司股份總數的84.37%,佔公司總股本的11.41%。
