格隆匯3月11日丨連續10個漲停的保變電氣(600550.SH)再次提示風險，具體如下：
1、公司股價近期漲幅較大，與同行業走勢出現較大偏離
公司股票自2月27日至3月11日連續10個交易日漲停，累計漲幅達到159.62%。公司股票價格近期漲幅較大，公司股價與同行業走勢出現偏離。已連續3次觸及《上海證券交易所交易規則》規定的股票交易異常波動情形。敬請廣大投資者注意二級市場交易風險，審慎投資。
根據中國證監會頒佈的《上市公司行業分類指引》，公司屬於電氣機械及器材製造業。因公司2018年度經審計每股收益為負，以公司2019年度業績預告數據測算，截至2020年3月11日，公司市盈率為1012.5，市淨率18.94(以2018年經審計每股淨資產計算)，電氣機械及器材製造行業平均靜態市盈率為25.53，公司市盈率、市淨率顯著高於同行業水平。
2、公司2019年預計、2018年扣非後歸母淨利潤均為負，主業盈利能力較弱
公司於2020年1月16日披露了《保定天威保變電氣股份有限公司2019年度業績預盈公告》，預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將實現扭虧為盈，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1500萬元左右，歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤-4,980萬元左右。
公司2018年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤：-8.17億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤：-9.65億元。
3、公司常年資產負債率較高，截至2019年前三季度存在資金缺口
公司2018年度資產負債率86.62%，2019年三季度末資產負債率86.52%。截止2019年9月30日，公司未受限貨幣資金餘額5.30億元，短期借款25.35億元，存在資金缺口。
4、本次非公開發行尚需履行審批程序，存在不確定性風險
公司非公開發行股票事項已經董事會、股東大會審議通過，公司已於2020年2月25日披露了《保定天威保變電氣股份有限公司非公開發行A股股票預案(修訂稿)》。目前非公開發行事項尚需履行中國證監會核准程序。本次非公開發行能否取得上述核准，以及最終取得核准的時間存在不確定性。
5、2018年、2019年前三季度營業收入同比均下滑
公司2018年全年營業收入31.87億元，同比下降27.04%；2019年前三季度營業收入21.82億元，同比下降3.95%。2019年前三季度特高壓產品收入也出現下滑，幅度大約在20%左右。
