易華錄(300212.SZ)：擬與國富光啟等合作共設江蘇常熟城市數據湖項目運營公司
格隆匯3月11日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，常熟市政府、上海國富光啟雲計算科技股份有限公司與公司擬合作投資建設江蘇常熟城市數據湖項目，以建設常熟城鐵片區“數字科技新城”小型示範數據中心項目為基礎，充分發揮當前大數據領域相關政策精神，為常熟市引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業轉型。
據此，常熟市城市經濟發展有限公司、上海國富光啟雲計算科技股份有限公司和易華錄擬共同成立數聚匯科信息產業發展有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準，“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為5億元人民幣，其中常熟市城市經濟發展有限公司出資1億元，持股比例為20%；上海國富光啟雲計算科技股份有限公司出資2.25億元，持股比例為45%；北京易華錄信息技術股份有限公司出資1.75億元，持股比例為35%。
常熟數據湖項目將以立足常熟、服務蘇州、輻射江蘇省為整體目標，主要服務於江蘇南部，是易華錄數據湖業務在江蘇省乃至華東地區拓展的重要一步，在華東地區形成一定的示範效應。圍繞常熟數據湖項目進行產品研發與推廣、諮詢規劃、系統運維、業務運營等，有利於充分利用常熟數據湖服務能力，將常熟數據湖經營成為立足常熟、服務蘇州、輻射江蘇省東南部的新一代信息基礎設施綜合性的大數據服務平台。
常熟市是經濟最強縣級市之一，正在打造千億級汽車及核心零部件產業、千億級高端裝備製造產業、和千億級紡織服裝產業，幫助此類地區轉型升級已作為大數據戰略推進的重點方向之一。在常熟佈局數據湖，通過聯繫下游數據用户和上游數據挖掘開發企業，公司將在工業互聯網、高端製造及精準營銷等數據應用方面的升級結合探索出新的道路，為數據湖業務未來向蘇州乃至江蘇地區拓展提供良好範例。項目將為公司數據湖生態及“城市大腦”落地應用提供資源保障，為公司增添新的利潤增長點。
