华安证券(600909.SH)将发28亿人币可转债
华安证券(600909.SH)发布公开发行可转换公司债券公告称,此次发行的原股东优先配售日和网上申购日为周四(12日)。发行可转债募集资金总额为28亿元人民币(下同),期限为六年。此次发行可转换公司债初始转股价格为每股8.77元。募集资金用途包括:拟投入10亿元加大股权投资业务平台建设;拟投入10亿元加快打造跨市场、多品种、多策略的自营业务体系;拟投入5亿元加快境外业务布局;拟投入3亿元加快传统经纪业务向财富管理转型,完善机构业务服务体系。
