中公教育(002607.SZ)：推進職業教育產品服務邁向3.0版本的升級改造 擬申請的綜合授信總額度調至不超70億元
格隆匯3月9日丨中公教育(002607.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年7月22日召開2019年第二次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於向銀行申請綜合授信額度的議案》。公司及子公司向華夏銀行股份有限公司北京四道口支行、招商銀行股份有限公司北京分行、中國民生銀行股份有限公司北京分行、交通銀行股份有限公司北京東區支行、中信銀行股份有限公司北京分行、興業銀行股份有限公司蕪湖分行、中國銀行股份有限公司申請總額度不超過人民幣45億元的綜合授信額度，在此額度內由公司根據實際資金需求進行銀行借貸，此次銀行授信額度有效期自2019年第二次臨時股東大會審議通過之日起12個月。
為加快公司總部辦公基地、各地綜合學習基地及區域總部建設，推進公司職業教育產品服務邁向3.0 版本的升級改造，公司及子公司擬向華夏銀行股份有限公司北京四道口支行、招商銀行股份有限公司北京分行、中國民生銀行股份有限公司北京分行、交通銀行股份有限公司北京東區支行、中信銀行股份有限公司北京分行、興業銀行股份有限公司蕪湖分行、中國銀行股份有限公司、中國建設銀行股份有限公司北京前門支行及其他金融機構申請的綜合授信總額度調整為不超過人民幣70億元(上述授信額度不等於公司的實際融資金額，具體金額以各金融機構審批的結果為準)，在此額度內由公司根據實際資金需求進行銀行借貸。此次銀行授信額度有效期自2019年年度股東大會審議通過之日起至2020年年度股東大會召開之日止。授信期限內，額度可循環滾動使用。授信品種包括但不限於非流動資金貸款、流動資金貸款、信用證額度、銀行票據額度等。公司將以規範有效的投資評估及資金使用管理體系，保障相關授信資金得到恰當使用。同時董事會提請股東大會授權公司總經理(法定代表人)全權辦理授信額度內的一切與授信有關的合同、協議、憑證等各項法律文件，由此產生的法律、經濟責任全部由公司及子公司分別承擔。
