東南網架(002135.SZ)子公司擬6億元投建年產20萬噸新型裝配式鋼結構數字化工廠項目
格隆匯3月9日丨東南網架(002135.SZ)公佈，根據gs 戰略發展需要，結合鋼結構行業市場競爭情況及產業智能化發展趨勢，公司下屬子公司浙江東南綠建集成科技有限公司(“東南綠建”)計劃對原有建設項目進行提升改造並追加投資，擬實施年產20萬噸新型裝配式鋼結構數字化工廠建設項目。該項目總投資估算為人民幣6億元。項目資金來源為公司自有資金、銀行借款或者其他融資方式等。項目投產後將進一步優化公司產品結構，提升上市公司的整體盈利能力。
項目名稱：年產20萬噸新型裝配式鋼結構數字化工廠建設項目；項目建設內容與目標：新型裝配式鋼結構綠色建築數字化工廠是指採用標準化設計、數字化生產、一體化建造、智能集約化管理為主要特徵的製造模式，實現製造全過程的數字化、集約化和社會化，打造國內領先的綠色建築數字化生產基地。項目建設期18個月。
該項目擬在高度自動化的物流、倉儲、及柔性加工製造能力的基礎上，建設以MES系統為核心、與上下層信息系統高度集成、高度協同的智能信息化管理平台，使公司能夠對客户訂單實現快速響應、高效協同、快速交付高質量產品的能力，形成研產供銷存全生態鏈模式，進一步提高企業的核心競爭力。
該項目的建設以綠色節能為主要目的，採用“標準化設計、數字化生產、一體化建造、智能集約化管理”的現代工業化生產方式，可以實現製造全過程的數字化、集約化和社會化，對建築產業的效率提升和節能環保具有積極意義。
該項目引進國內外先進的生產設備和智能化升級方案，並與浙江大學建工學院計劃聯合共建數字鋼結構建築國際創新研究院，從而實現鋼結構建築產品從設計、加工製作、現場裝配、運維的全生命週期的信息化管理與智能化建造。
該項目的實施有利於企業鞏固行業中的龍頭地位，使企業在建築工業化的廣闊市場空間更具競爭優勢；因此，該項目的實施也是企業繼續做大做強、進一步鞏固行業龍頭地位的迫切需要。
