格隆匯3月8日丨長江證券(000783.SZ)發佈公告,公司於2018年3月12日發行可轉換公司債券(債券簡稱:長證轉債,債券代碼:127005),根據有關規定,在“長證轉債”的計息期限內,每年付息一次。本次“長證轉債”除息日及付息日為2020年3月12日(星期四)。
根據《募集説明書》的規定,該期為“長證轉債”第二年付息,計息期間為2019年3月12日至2020年3月11日,票面利率為0.4%,每10張“長證轉債”(面值1,000元)派發利息為人民幣4.00元(含税)。
