華僑城(亞洲)(03366.HK)攜手東莞產業投資、松山湖創業投資及東莞產業併購成立合營公司
格隆匯3月6日丨華僑城(亞洲)(03366.HK)公告，於2020年3月6日，深圳華僑城華鑫及深圳華友(兩者均為公司的間接全資附屬公司)與東莞產業投資、松山湖創業投資及東莞產業併購就以投資為目的而成立合夥企業訂立有限合夥協議。
所有合夥人對合夥企業認繳的出資總額為人民幣3億元。深圳華僑城華鑫、深圳華友、東莞產業投資、松山湖創業投資及東莞產業併購認繳的出資額分別為人民幣3,00萬元、人民幣1.32億元、人民幣7500萬元、人民幣6000萬元及人民幣3000萬元。深圳華僑城華鑫為合夥企業的普通合夥人，而深圳華友、東莞產業投資、松山湖創業投資及東莞產業併購為合夥企業的有限合夥人。
東莞產業投資為根據中國法律成立的有限公司，並由東莞市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會最終實益擁有。其主要從事股權及債務投資、基金管理、投資管理及投資顧問。
松山湖創業投資為根據中國法律成立的有限公司，並由廣東省人民政府及東莞松山湖高新技術產業開發區管理委員會最終實益擁有。其主要從事股權投資、創業投資、投資顧問以及基金投資及管理。
東莞產業併購為根據中國法律成立的有限合夥企業。其分別由東莞民投投資控股集團有限公司、東莞資本產業及中金資本運營有限公司持有66.666%、33.333%及0.001%權益。東莞投資控股由東莞民營投資集團有限公司全資擁有，而其為由多間公司擁有的私人有限公司，該等公司全部均為獨立第三方，各公司持有東莞民營投資集團有限公司不多於5%權益。東莞資本產業由東莞國有資產及管理委員會最終實益擁有。中金資本運營有限公司為中國國際金融股份有限公司全資附屬公司，而中國國際金融股份有限公司股份於聯交所主板上市(股份代號：03908)。其主要從事股權投資及管理、創業投資及股權投資基金信託管理。
設立合夥企業可以滿足集團對城鎮化生態圈產業鏈中早期及中期企業的投資需求，符合集團戰略定位。此外，合夥企業的主要出資方為政府引導基金和地方產業母基金，集團相信可實現高效利用社會資本、放大投資槓桿目的。亦可為公司貢獻穩定的管理費收益，並擴大收入來源。
