中國石油(601857.SH)：聘任段良偉為公司總裁
格隆匯3月9日丨中國石油(601857.SH)公佈，公司董事會2020年第二次會議，審議通過《關於選舉公司董事的議案》,
公司於2020年3月8日收到公司控股股東中國石油天然氣集團有限公司(以下簡稱控股股東)提出的《關於增加中國石油天然氣股份有限公司2020年第一次臨時股東大會臨時提案的函》，提議公司2020年第一次臨時股東大會增加審議《關於選舉李凡榮為公司董事的議案》。
鑑於控股股東提出以上提案的程序符合《中國石油天然氣股份有限公司章程》及《中國石油天然氣股份有限公司股東大會議事規則》的規定，提案內容屬於股東大會職權範圍，並有明確議題和具體決議事項，公司董事會同意將上述提案相關議案提交公司2020年第一次臨時股東大會審議。
審議通過《關於聘任公司總裁的議案》，董事會同意聘任段良偉為公司總裁，段良偉由非執行董事調任為執行董事，該聘任於2020年3月9日起生效。
李凡榮先生，56歲，現任中國石油天然氣集團有限公司(“中國石油集團”)董事、總經理及黨組副書記。李先生是教授級高級工程師，碩士，在中國石油天然氣行業擁有逾35年的工作經驗。2002年1月任中海石油(中國)有限公司深圳分公司副總經理；2005年11月任中國海洋石油有限公司(“中海油”)開發生產部總經理；2007年2月任中海石油(中國)有限公司深圳分公司黨委書記、總經理；2009年1月任中國海洋石油總公司(“中國海油”)(現更名為中國海洋石油集團有限公司)總經理助理、管委會委員，中海油能源發展股份有限公司總經理；2010年1月兼任中海油基建管理有限責任公司董事長；2010年4月任中國海油黨組成員、副總經理；2010年9月兼任中海油總裁，中國海洋石油東南亞有限公司董事長；2011年11月兼任中海油首席執行官、總裁；2013年2月兼任尼克森公司董事長；2015年5月兼任中國海洋石油國際有限公司董事長；2016年5月任國家能源局黨組成員、副局長；2020年2月任中國石油集團董事、總經理、黨組副書記。
段良偉，52歲，現任本公司執行董事、總裁，同時兼任中國石油天然氣集團有限公司(“中國石油集團”)黨組成員、副總經理兼安全總監。段先生是教授級高級工程師，博士，在中國石油石化行業擁有逾30年的工作經驗。2006年2月任吉林石化分公司黨委委員、副總經理、安全總監；2010年3月兼任吉林燃料乙醇有限責任公司黨委書記、總經理；2011年9月任大港石化分公司總經理、黨委副書記；2013年7月任大連石化分公司總經理、黨委副書記、大連石油化工公司經理、大連地區企業協調組組長；2017年3月任中國石油集團副總經理；2017年4月兼任中國石油集團安全總監；2017年6月被聘任為公司董事；2019年9月任中國石油集團黨組成員；2020年3月被聘任為公司執行董事、總裁。
