同益股份(300538.SZ)：募投項目“技術中心建設項目”等延期
格隆匯3月9日丨同益股份(300538.SZ)公佈，基於技術中心建設項目和信息系統建設項目募集資金實際投入情況，為保證募投項目建設更符合公司利益和需求，結合公司實際經營情況，在項目實施主體和募集資金投資總額不發生變更的情況下，經公司審慎研究，擬對上述兩個項目的實施進度予以延期，具體如下：“技術中心建設項目”及“信息系統建設項目”延期至2020-6-30。
1、技術中心建設項目:公司技術中心已投入使用，目前已開展部分產品應用技術、方案的開發研究工作及技術支持工作。基於公司業務模式及業務開展實際情況，為確保募集資金使用效益，公司適時審慎進行研發和測試設備購置等項目投入，嚴格規範採購流程、在保證項目質量和控制風險的前提下，加強項目各項支出的控制、監督和管理，因此，前期在供應商遴選、評估、考察等環節時間較長。根據項目原推進計劃，相關設備採購及安裝調試、投入使用可於2020年3月31日前完成，但因受新冠肺炎疫情影響，部分供應商面臨人員流失、資金鍊緊張等問題，引發產能緊縮，導致公司該項目暫時無法按期推進。鑑於此，該項目擬延期至2020年6月30日。
2、信息系統建設項目:公司作為中高端化工及電子材料一體化解決方案提供商，根據公司經營模式並結合目前業務發展的實際情況建設信息系統。由於該項目建設的信息系統集成化、平台化、定製化程度較高，而信息化技術更新迭代較塊，公司本着業務發展優先的原則，審慎使用募集資金，工作重點集中在前期系統供應商遴選、評估、溝通、系統測試等環節。按照原計劃相關係統上線運行時間在2020年1-3月間完成，但因受新冠肺炎疫情影響，公司及合作廠商相關人員返工受阻，實施團隊及開發團隊未能準時復工，導致系統上線延遲。除此之外，多個系統存在前後依存和關聯關係，形成延期疊加效應，預計項目無法按期完成。鑑於此，該項目擬延期至2020年6月30日。
