澳門去年第四季博彩業僱員平均薪酬升3.8% 但人力資源需求放緩
澳門統計暨普查局資料顯示,2019年第四季博彩業人力資源需求及薪酬調查結果,當中統計對象不包括博彩中介人及博彩中介人合作人。於2019年第4季末,博彩業共有58,225名全職僱員,按年增加1.7%,當中荷官有25,459名,增加3.0%。2019年12月博彩業全職僱員平均薪酬(不包括花紅及獎金)為24,640澳門元,按年上升3.8%;荷官的平均薪酬為21,080澳門元,上升3.1%。2019年第4季末有443個職位空缺,按年減少878個。澳門去年第四季新聘僱員共1,294人,較去年同季(1,737人)大幅減少25.5%;職位空缺率(0.8%)和僱員僱用率(2.2%)分別下跌1.5及0.8個百分點,有關指標反映博彩業人力資源需求放緩。
