公司已于2020年1月10日披露《成都泰合健康科技集团股份有限公司2019年度业绩预告》,预计2019年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比增长92.5%-118.16%。
截至本公告日,王安全所持泰合健康股份累计被质押3080万股,存在一定的交割风险。
