华侨城(亚洲)(03366.HK)附属斥共1.35亿人币组合营 拟购文化旅游业务
华侨城(亚洲)(03366.HK)公布,旗下附属公司深圳华侨城华鑫及深圳华友与东莞产业投资、松山湖创业投资及东莞产业并购就以投资为目的而成立合夥企业订立有限合夥协议。所有合夥人对合夥企业认缴的出资总额为3亿元人民币(下同),当中深圳华侨城华鑫、深圳华友分别出资300万元及1.32亿元。合夥企业将主要透过认购文化旅游及文化旅游科技行业公司之新股份,或收购其现有股份投资於该等公司之股权。合夥企业亦可透过准股权投资,投资於非上市公司之股权。
