據報Tesco將考慮多個泰國財團競購亞洲資產
《曼谷郵報》引述消息人士報道,英國零售商Tesco周日評估多個泰國富豪對亞洲業務的競標,交易潛在價值可能略高於100億美元。於去年12月Tesco表示已開始審查主要由泰國及馬來西亞業務組成的亞洲業務,消息人士稱,由謝國民控制的正大集團、鄭氏家族(Chirathivat family)持有的尚泰集團,以及啤酒及地產大亨蘇旭明(Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi)的TCC集團已入標競購Tesco旗下擁有約2,000間分店的泰國業務,有傳Tesco同時亦出售74間在馬來西亞的分店。
