民信國際控股(08456.HK)更改上市所得款用途
格隆匯3月6日丨民信國際控股(08456.HK)公告,於本公告日期,公司已動用上市所得款項淨額中約3220萬港元。截至本公告日期仍未動用的所得款項淨額為1180萬港元。於2020年3月6日,董事會議決更改未動用所得款項淨額用途。
集團主要從事銷售代工生產及原品牌生產嬰兒及兒童服裝。中美貿易戰仍未平息,加上2020年1月31日英國脱歐後進入過渡期,為在美國及英國代工生產客户帶來大量不確定性,故於下達訂單時非常審慎,且我們損失了一位在美國的主要客户。因此,董事會預計透過升級生產設施來加強代工生產業務為有限的。預期現有生產設施足以應對現時及可見將來的生產需求。
