智慧能源(600869.SH)稱：特高壓產品營收佔比較低、鋰電池產品未供應特斯拉
格隆匯3月6日丨智慧能源(600869.SH)公佈，近日，公司關注到有部分媒體發表了題為《遠東智慧能源600869，共建共享“新基建”》的報道，主要內容為公司涉及“新基建”相關事宜。公司重視上述報道內容，為避免對投資者構成誤導，特對上述報道相關事項説明如下：
二、情況説明
(一)特高壓產品營業收入佔比較低
2019年上半年度，公司智能纜網產品和服務板塊實現收入64.92億元，其中特高壓產品（如1250大截面鋼芯鋁絞線、碳纖維複合芯半硬鋁型線絞線、鋁合金芯高導電率鋁絞線、超高強度鋼芯高強度鋁合金絞線、鋼芯高導電率鋁絞線、高強鋼芯中強度鋁合金絞線、鋁合金芯成型鋁絞線）實現收入0.96億元，佔2019年上半年度營業收入比例為1.34%，營收規模佔比較低。
(二)智能汽車動力及儲能系統
1、公司向菲尼克斯、比亞迪銷售收入佔比較少。
公司2015年起進入新能源汽車相關領域，深入拓展新能源汽車線及充電電纜領域，2019年前三季度公司向菲尼克斯(南京)新能源汽車技術有限公司供貨充電樁電纜204.70萬元，佔公司2019年前三季度營業收入0.02%；2019年前三季度公司向比亞迪供貨車內線纜931.25萬元，佔公司2019年前三季度營業收入0.08%，銷售收入佔比較少。
2、公司鋰電池產品未供應特斯拉。
公司是國內三元18650、21700型鋰電池生產商，2019年上半年度鋰電池產量為0.34GWH、收入為20,869.99萬元，但目前尚未供應特斯拉。
3、公司智能汽車動力及儲能系統板塊處於虧損狀態。該板塊主要為江西遠東電池有限公司、遠東電池江蘇有限公司，2019年上半年度相關財務數據如下：
(三)關於媒體報道中工業互聯網的相關情況
媒體報道中所稱工業互聯網主要系遠東買賣寶網絡科技有限公司、遠東材料交易中心有限公司，主營業務為電工電氣電子商務交易及大宗材料現貨交易，該業務規模較小，淨利潤佔比較低。2019年上半年度遠東買賣寶網絡科技有限公司、遠東材料交易中心有限公司相關財務數據如下：

2019年上半年度公司向大數據中心客户銷售產品收入佔比較低。2019年上半年實現收入1.18億元，佔公司營業收入比例為1.40%。
公司機器人電纜已獲一、二、三類TüV萊茵證書，但未形成業務。目前通訊電纜亦無業務及產品。
