三連板的新力金融(600318.SH)提示風險：公司A股股價嚴重脱離基本面
格隆匯3月6日丨連續3個漲停的新力金融(600318.SH)發佈股票交易風險提示公告，公司A股股價自2020年2月19日起從6.25元上漲至14.53元，累計漲幅達132.48%，漲幅巨大。自2月19日起日均換手率高達14.55%，明顯異常。公司A股股價已明顯偏離上證A股指數走勢，嚴重脱離基本面。
根據同花順iFinD顯示，截至2020年3月6日，公司市盈率(TTM)為139.02倍、市淨率(LF)為5.83倍，同行業市盈率(TTM)為19.25倍、市淨率為1.49倍，公司市盈率和市淨率均明顯高於同行業水平。
公司於2019年完成收購深圳手付通科技有限公司(“手付通”)100%股權，該公司主要從事軟件開發及維護等業務。2019年前三季度，手付通實現營業收入3847.79萬元(未經審計)，佔公司當期營業收入不足15%，業務整體規模較小。手付通來自前五大客户的收入佔比接近60%，存在客户集中風險，若手付通主要客户的業務合作關係發生變動，將對手付通的經營業績帶來不利影響。
截至2019年9月30日，公司賬面商譽餘額5.185億元(其中公司以較高溢價收購手付通形成商譽3.06億元，未經審計)，佔公司歸屬於母公司所有者權益的40.54%，商譽佔比較高，存在減值風險，可能對公司經營業績造成一定影響。
公司主要從事信貸業務，受融資限制，業務規模呈下降趨勢，2018年度營業收入較上年同期下降15.77%，2019年前三季度，剔除併購手付通因素後營業收入較上年同期下降11.25%，對經營業績造成一定影響。
公司信貸業務客户主要為中小微企業，可能因為債務人經營狀況不及預期等原因導致不能及時支付利息及歸還本金，存在法律訴訟和資產減值風險。
公司控股股東安徽新力科創集團有限公司(“新力集團”)持有公司股份約1.21億股，佔公司總股本的23.57%。截止本公告披露日，新力集團累計質押股份數約1.21億股，佔其直接持有公司股份總數的100%，質押比例較高。
公司5%以上股東華泰證券資管－招商銀行－華泰家園3 號集合資產管理計劃(“華泰資管”)、張敬紅已於前期披露了減持計劃，截至目前，上述減持計劃正處在減持期內。截至2020年2月20日，華泰資管已累計減持公司股票739.64萬股，佔公司總股本的1.44%。
