證通電子(002197.SZ)子公司與平安通信簽署IDC基礎業務服務合同書
格隆匯3月6日丨證通電子(002197.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司深圳市證通雲計算有限公司(“深圳證通雲計算”，乙方)2020年3月6日與深圳平安通信科技有限公司(“平安通信”，甲方)在深圳簽署了《IDC基礎業務服務合同書》，公司將為平安通信提供數據中心定製的場地服務、機櫃託管及相關軟硬件設備與服務等，合同有效期八年，平安通信根據業務部署需要分批啟用，公司按商務報價約定啟用週期的收費標準收費，預估合同總金額約為人民幣9.20億元，以最終實際結算的金額為準，合同的履行預計將對公司2020年至2028年的經營業績產生積極的影響。
項目服務的主要內容：乙方為甲方提供定製IDC場地服務，該合同項下實際的機櫃數量以現場交付為準。乙方一次性交付，甲方可根據業務部署需要分批啟用。甲方享有合同約定區域(機櫃的機房區、租賃辦公區、租賃倉庫區、配套停車位以及專屬配套設施等)的專用權利。
此次合同的簽訂是公司IDC及雲計算業務進入收穫期的重要標誌，也是公司以數據為核心驅動的“IDC+生態”戰略佈局進一步深化的重要體現，彰顯了公司在IDC及雲服務領域綜合實力，標誌着公司優質合作伙伴對公司能力的高度認可，有利於進一步提升公司在業內的聲譽和品牌影響力。公司目前在粵港澳大灣區和中部區域佈局五大數據中心及雲服務，區位優勢明顯，已為百度、騰訊、京東、移動等集團客户提供優質數據中心及運營服務，儲備了豐富的經驗，積累了IDC及雲計算領域的優質人才，合同的實施有利於提高公司在IDC及雲計算業務領域的服務能力和技術實力，進一步提升公司綜合競爭實力，為公司雲計算及智慧園區業務的拓展夯實基礎。公司現有的資金、人員、技術均能充分滿足該合同的需求，公司具備良好的履約能力。該合同的履行不影響公司經營的獨立性，公司主要業務也不會因履行該合同而對平安通信形成依賴。
合同的履行將會對公司2020年～2028年營業收入和營業利潤產生積極影響，公司將結合平安通信業務部署情況，根據合同要求及收入確認原則，在相應的會計期間確認收入，並按照相關披露規定，在定期報告中持續披露合同履行情況。
