美联:周末二手预约睇楼量按周升13.8% 连升4周
据美联物业统计,15个指标屋苑於本周末(3月7日至8日)的二手预约睇楼量录约403组,较上周末再升约13.8%,连续第4个周末录得升幅。美联物业住宅部行政总裁布少明表示,尽管疫情持续,但美国突然减息半厘,为本港楼市带来利好因素。随着发展商重新部署推盘,日出康城更有新盘以笋价开售,刚需购买力释放,加上早前不少二手盘业主接受现实减价放盘,带动二手交投量向好,故本周末各区二手指标屋苑预约睇楼量亦有全线录得增幅。监於市场上不少笋盘陆续被消化,而且新盘开售,故本月份购买力及焦点将回流至一手市场。港岛区4个指标屋苑於周末预约睇楼量按周升约5.9%至约107组水平,九龙区7个指标屋苑周末预约睇楼量暂录约118组,较上周末上升约25.5%,而新界区内4个指标屋苑预约睇楼量暂录约178组,较上周末按周续升约11.9%。(ek/)~
