中信特鋼(000708.SZ)：擬啟動青島特鋼環保搬遷項目續建工程 項目總投資49.83億元
格隆匯3月5日丨中信特鋼(000708.SZ)公佈，公司二級子公司青島特殊鋼鐵有限公司(“青島特鋼”)為切實提高在特鋼領域的綜合競爭實力，擬啟動青島特鋼環保搬遷項目續建工程，儘快完成發改委核准的剩餘產能，通過規模化，實現降本增效，實施結構調整，提高產品質量，增強企業競爭力。該項目選址於青島市西海岸經濟新區青島特鋼現廠區內，緊鄰董家口港，項目總投資49.83億元，資金來源為自籌資金。
該項目建設內容包括綜合原料場擴建；1台265m2燒結機；1座1200m3高爐鍊鐵設施；1座100t轉爐及配套脱硫脱磷、精煉設施；2台方坯連鑄機；2條高線；全廠供電、供氣﹙汽﹚、供水、燃氣設施、熱力設施、信息化系統、全廠管網及總圖道路運輸設施等。
該項目生產50萬噸簾線鋼、胎圈用鋼，50萬噸焊絲等產品，以及13萬噸鋼坯，總計年產113萬噸坯材。
青島特鋼環保搬遷項目獲國家發改委核准，核准產能417萬噸，目前已經具備了300萬噸精品特鋼產能。因其符合國內鋼鐵行業向沿海轉移的發展趨勢和山東省鋼鐵產業政策，環保搬遷項目續建工程需要儘快完成。
該項目實施有利於加快山東省鋼鐵工業結構調整步伐，淘汰規模小、裝備落後鋼鐵企業，促進鋼鐵企業向沿海轉移，鋼鐵生產能力集中度明顯提高，產品競爭力提高，從而提升地區鋼鐵工業的整體水平。
在國家鼓勵支持特鋼發展背景下，是特鋼行業“精品+規模”發展的機遇期。青島特鋼投資該項目也是為切實提高在特鋼領域的綜合競爭實力，儘快完成發改委核准的剩餘產能，實施完成青島特鋼環保搬遷項目續建工程。通過規模化，實現降本增效，實施結構調整，提高產品質量，增強企業競爭力。目前國內特種焊絲用鋼市場前景良好，毛利較高，雖然產品價格會受到國內外經濟形勢影響，但青島特鋼將發揮產品質量穩定，市場知名度好的優勢，不斷提高產品的市場競爭力和公司的盈利能力，提升品牌形象，推動企業的穩定持續發展。本項目的投資建設完成後，對公司未來的發展將產生積極影響。
