常山北明(000158.SZ)子公司收到土地及房屋收購補償款合計6000萬元
格隆匯3月5日丨常山北明(000158.SZ)公佈,公司董事會七屆九次會議審議通過了《關於全資子公司常山趙紡土地及房屋收購補償的議案》,同意由趙縣土地儲備中心收購全資子公司石家莊常山趙州紡織有限公司(“常山趙紡“)位於石家莊趙縣石塔路132號之實測面積為70237.03平方米的土地及房屋所有權,收購補償價格為6000萬元。
公司已分別於2019年12月3日和2020年3月5日收到趙縣土地儲備中心支付補償金1000萬元和5000萬元。上述補償資金已計入公司2019年度當期損益的金額為5113萬元,該補償資金的最終會計處理以註冊會計師在年度審計確認後的結果為準。
