仁東控股(002647.SZ)子公司擬斥1000萬元參股北京眾籤
格隆匯3月4日丨仁東控股(002647.SZ)公佈，為進一步加強雙方合作，深化戰略合作伙伴關係，公司之全資子公司北京仁東科技有限公司(“仁東科技”)擬出資1000萬元，通過增資的方式對北京眾籤科技有限公司(“北京眾籤”)進行戰略投資。同時，關聯方仁東區塊鏈有限公司(“仁東區塊鏈”)擬出資1300萬元，通過增資和存量股受讓方式對北京眾籤進行投資，其中1000萬元用於對北京眾籤增資，300萬元用於受讓北京眾籤現有股東寧波善勢信息科技合夥企業(有限合夥)(“寧波善勢”)轉讓的部分股份。此次交易完成後，仁東科技將持有北京眾籤5.56%的股權。
仁東區塊鏈為公司控股股東北京海淀科技金融資本控股集團股份有限公司(“海科金集團”)之一致行動人北京仁東信息技術有限公司(“北京仁東”)之母公司仁東(天津)科技發展集團有限公司所屬全資子公司，且仁東區塊鏈實際控制人霍東先生為公司董事長。根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》的規定，此次交易為關聯雙方共同投資情形構成關聯交易。北京眾籤與公司不存在關聯關係。
北京眾籤是以區塊鏈為核心技術的新型金融基礎設施技術服務商，擁有自主知識產權的全國產化分層區塊鏈技術，是北京金融科技產業聯盟區塊鏈專業委員會委員單位，其參與了2019年科技部重點研發計劃“貿易金融開放平台關鍵技術研發與應用示範”項目的研究，承擔了基於區塊鏈的多源公共數據安全整合與共享關鍵技術的研究開發任務。
此次公司子公司參股北京眾籤，是公司在探索區塊鏈技術及應用方面作出的重要戰略佈局。一方面能夠進一步深化雙方戰略合作伙伴關係，加強業務協同，通過區塊鏈技術、智能合約技術與行業場景結合來共同建立供應鏈金融平台和貿易金融平台，進而推動創新金融業務進行全方位合作；另一方面有助於提升公司科技研發與技術創新能力，並進一步夯實和完善公司金融科技生態圈體系的建設，能夠為公司各業務板塊發展注入新的動能，提升公司的核心競爭力。
