金地商置(00535.HK)公布,公司作為借款人與一家銀行訂立一份融資函,以獲取本金最高達5億元之兩年期貸款融資,目的是為集團的一般公司融資提供資金。根據融資函,公司之控股股東金地集團應於該融資本金到期還款日前維持為公司的單一最大股東或維持對公司的管理控制權,否則可被視為融資函項下的違約事件,貸款可能即時到期及須予償還。金地集團是一家在中國成立的公司,其股份在上海證券交易所上市。目前,金地集團實益擁有公司現有已發行股本約41%的權益,並且是公司的單一最大股東。
