永升生活服務(01995.HK)料全年盈利倍增,但由於該股過去一個月已累漲逾三成,投資者藉好消息先行獲利,該股今天跑輸同業,曾一舉失守20天及10天線(7.83元及8.08元),低見7.75元,現造7.83元,吐逾4%,成交增至1,580萬股,涉資1.238億元。永升昨天發盈喜指,受益於在管物業建築面積增加、來自對非業主和社區增值服務收入增加,以及完成收購青島雅園物業管理帶來財務影響,預計截至去年底止純利按年增逾100%。
