格隆匯3月3日丨金山辦公(688111.SH)發佈金山文檔月度活躍用户數的風險提示公告，金山文檔是專注多人協作的在線文檔產品，用户可通過網絡在線直接登錄、即時通訊小程序等其他場景使用，進行文檔在線編輯及協作。
受各企業短期內遠程辦公需求增長影響，公司在線文檔協作產品金山文檔產品月度活躍用户數有較大增長。截至2020年3月2日，金山文檔月度活躍用户數達到2.39億。
公司目前主營業務收入分為基於WPS office PC端及WPS office移動端產品的辦公軟件授權業務、辦公服務訂閲業務及互聯網廣告推廣業務。辦公軟件授權業務以政府及大中型企業客户為主，辦公服務訂閲及廣告推廣業務以個人用户為主。2018年度，辦公軟件授權業務、辦公服務訂閲業務、互聯網廣告推廣業務收入佔總收入比例分別為31.49%、34.76%、33.75%。
公司WPS office PC端及移動端產品月活躍用户數，對公司辦公服務訂閲業務及互聯網廣告推廣業務收入有一定影響，因此公司將相關指標設為主要運營指標。目前公司產品活躍用户轉化為付費用户的比率極低。
金山文檔及相關功能目前主要面向個人用户免費提供，產品沒有互聯網廣告推廣功能，不會帶來辦公服務訂閲收入及互聯網廣告推廣收入，該業務對公司經營業績不產生直接影響，金山文檔月活躍用户數未被列為公司主要運營指標。
金山文檔月度活躍用户數基於在線場景進行統計，未與其他產品月度活躍用户數進行排重。
此次金山文檔月度活躍用户數量短期增長的原因是各企業因延時復工而導致的“遠程辦公”需求增長較快，該需求具有突發性和階段性，隨着企業逐漸復工，現場辦公增加，預計金山文檔月度活躍用户數量將呈現回落趨勢。
目前，公司主要運營指標包括WPS office PC端月活躍用户數、WPS office移動端月活躍用户數、其它產品(詞霸)月活躍用户數，公司未來將根據業務情況評估主要運營指標並定期披露，供投資者謹慎參考。
