格隆匯3月3日丨瑞芯微(603893.SH)公佈，公司股票自上市以來，股票價格波動較大，自2020年2月7日至3月3日，期間17個交易日(首日除外)內連續漲停，累計漲幅達到405.81%。

1、公司市盈率水平較高的風險
根據Wind資訊數據顯示，截至2020年3月3日，公司滾動市盈率為153.63，公司所屬的計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的行業滾動市盈率89.43，公司滾動市盈率明顯高於行業平均值；公司靜態市盈率為151.28，公司所屬的計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的行業靜態市盈率為83.27，公司靜態市盈率明顯高於行業平均值。請投資者注意交易風險。

2、2019年前三季度業績小幅下滑
2019年1-9月，公司營業收入為9.40億元，較2018年同期下降2.80%；公司淨利潤為1.27億元，較2018年同期下降2.27%，存在業績小幅度下滑情況，公司未來可能存在業績波動的風險。
3、市場競爭加劇風險
我國集成電路設計行業發展迅速，集成電路設計企業越來越多。國內競爭對手經過幾年的技術積累，亦可能開發出與本公司具有同等競爭力的產品，未來公司可能會面臨較為激烈的市場競爭。
4、人工成本上升風險
隨着我國工業化、城市化進程的持續推進，勞動成本還將持續上漲，特別是知識技術型人才。公司未來存在人工成本上升的風險。
5、匯率波動風險
匯率受國內外政治、經濟環境等眾多因素影響，變動方向和波動程度存在不確定性，公司未來存在因匯率波動導致的匯兑損益風險。
6、經營模式風險
公司採用Fabless經營模式，專注於從事集成電路的設計環節，在該經營模式下，晶圓及封裝、測試廠商的工藝水平、生產能力、產品質量、交貨時間等都將對公司的日常經營產生重大影響。因此，公司經營模式存在一定風險。
7、客户較為集中的風險
2016年-2019年6月，公司採用“經銷為主、直銷為輔”的銷售模式，向前五大客户銷售的金額分別為12.22億元、9.51億元、9.28億元和4.49億元，佔營業收入的比例分別為94.16%、76.03%、73.01%和78.25%，客户集中度較高。公司存在因主要客户的經營情況、資信狀況發生變化而影響公司經營的風險。
8、供應商較為集中的風險
2016年-2019年6月，公司向前五大供應商採購的金額分別約8.23億元、7.25億元、6.73億元和1.69億元，佔採購總額的比例分別為91.77%、92.69%、96.65%和91.00%，採購集中度較高。若未來晶圓市場價格、外協加工費價格大幅上漲，或是因晶圓供貨短缺、外協廠商產能不足、生產管理水平欠佳等原因影響芯片生產，將對公司經營業績產生不利影響。
