華天酒店(000428.SZ)：由於疫情爆發 公司一季度業績預計將受到一定程度影響
格隆匯3月3日丨華天酒店(000428.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情(“疫情”)發生以來，全國各省、市相繼啟動了重大突發公共衞生事件一級響應，政府採取了居家隔離、延長春節假期等防控措施，遏制疫情蔓延。公司堅決服從服務全省防疫工作大局，嚴格按照堅定信心、同舟共濟、科學防治、精準施策的總體要求，周密部署疫情防控和經營應對措施。
疫情當前，酒店行業經受嚴峻考驗，為使廣大投資者瞭解疫情對公司經營的影響，特進行以下説明：
一、疫情對公司經營的影響
公司主要業務是以酒店服務業為主、房地產業為輔。疫情突發，為避免人口大規模流動與聚集，政府採取了居家隔離、延長春節假期等防控措施，導致消費需求大幅降低，餐飲、旅遊等行業受衝擊較大。為避免疫情傳播擴散，切實保證員工和服務對象的健康安全，通過對公司下屬酒店進行梳理管控，暫停疫區客人預訂，同時各酒店根據情況主動有序暫停營業，公司酒店服務業的經營情況受到較大影響，除此之外的其他業務運營正常。在假期延遲期間，公司通過遠程辦公等靈活有效的方式組織員工開展工作，截至公告日，公司各運營環節運作穩定。
二、公司採取的應對措施
為降低疫情對生產經營的影響，公司堅持在抓好疫情防控各項舉措落實前提下，統籌抓好復工復產及經營發展各項工作，確保疫情防控工作與企業生產經營“兩手抓、兩不誤”。公司應對措施如下：
一是迅速啟動應急響應，成立疫情防控領導小組制定應急預案，全面落實疫情聯防聯控責任，有效確保職工羣眾和服務對象的身體健康、生命安全。
二是積極發揮平台集採優勢，克服春節期間物資短缺、物流不暢等困難，緊急鎖定防疫貨源，充足保障物資供應。
三是加速新業態佈局與發展。此次疫情對經濟發展帶來巨大沖擊，但也為線上消費、在線辦公等行業帶來進一步發展擴張的機遇，公司緊盯市場變化，更新渠道供應及價格，動態評估供求關係和商機，梳理、整合自身優勢資源，及時做好市場營銷計劃，調整銷售渠道、會員體系和價格結構，並在預製菜品、線上消費、網絡營銷等方面發力，不斷豐富公司產品體系，加快全渠道營銷落地。
四是加快資產處置步伐。全力推進北京浩搏破產重整工作，目前北京浩搏破產重整已延長重整期限至2020年4月25日，且已招募到重整方，簽訂相關協議，目前已完成重整計劃草案初稿，各項工作在有序推進。
五是加快推進提質改造相關工程。抓住疫情期間酒店停業的時機，加快對旗艦店、核心店等進行升級改造的進度，進一步夯實主業發展基礎。

由於此次疫情爆發，公司2020年一季度業績預計將受到一定程度影響，基於目前對疫情何時結束、商旅消費市場的恢復情況均存在不確定性，此次疫情對公司2020年度整體經營業績和相關業務影響的具體數據暫無法準確預計，敬請投資者注意投資風險。
