捷捷微電(300623.SZ)與SMEC簽訂功率器件戰略合作協議
格隆匯3月2日丨捷捷微電(300623.SZ)公佈，公司因發展戰略規劃及產業佈局需要，公司於2020年2月27日與中芯集成電路製造(紹興)有限公司(“SMEC”)簽訂了《功率器件戰略合作協議》。公司與SMEC均具有達成戰略合作伙伴關係的意向，發揮各自的優勢，密切合作，秉持“能力互補,互惠互利，平等自願，共贏發展”的原則，雙方同意建立長期戰略合作關係，在MOSFET、IGBT等相關高端功率器件的研發和生產領域展開深度合作。
SMEC是一家專注於為客户提供特色工藝集成電路芯片及模塊封裝的代工生產製造服務的供應商。自成立以來，SMEC聚焦人工智能、移動通信、車載、工控等領域，持續構建研發和產業化能力。SMEC的技術和管理團隊，已經在MEMS、IGBT和MOSFET領域耕耘了十多年，擁有豐富的研發和大規模量產經驗，能夠為客户提供完整的工藝平台。同時，SMEC也為客户提供從晶圓代工製造到模塊封裝測試的一站式服務。
此次合作內容：1)基於捷捷微電【包括捷捷微電控股子公司捷捷微電(上海)科技有限公司】產品設計方案，SMEC為產品開發平台保證研發資源支持與交付能力，SMEC為捷捷微電的產品開發，新工藝調試，工程批流片提供便利。並對於汽車電子等大型客户的需求，雙方需要全力配合，展開互信合作。
2)在供應形勢偏緊的市場週期內，SMEC需要調配資源，全力支持捷捷微電，通過內部協調，預留產能等有效手段全力保證客户需求，優先保證捷捷微電的產品交貨：
(1)捷捷微電【包括捷捷微電控股子公司捷捷微電(上海)科技有限公司】作為採購方，一定要保證把SMEC作為戰略合作伙伴，最大化的填充SMEC產能，2020年度總投片不低於80000片，月度投片不低於7000片/月。
(2)SMEC作為供應商，確保為捷捷微電提供SMEC的產品開發平台保證研發資源支持與交付能力，年度總支持產能不低於80000片，平均支持產能不低於7000片/月。
公司與 SMEC基於良好信任及雙方長遠發展戰略的考慮，充分發揮雙方優勢的基礎上，本着“誠實信用，互惠互利”的原則推進戰略合作，建立緊密的戰略合作伙伴關係，着力攻克MOSFET&SGT等關鍵核心技術，助力整個捷捷微電平台的技術和產業創新發展。此次合作將充分發揮捷捷微電的技術和經驗優勢，把低功耗、節能環保和高頻高效功率器件作為技術創新的突破目標，產品應用端將努力抓住替代進口存量市場，並深入5G、汽車電子、光伏、物聯網、工業控制和智能電子化等新需求。
公司此次與SMEC的合作符合公司發展戰略，有利於加快MOSFET、IGBT等新型功率(電力)半導體器件的研發和推廣，從先進封裝、芯片設計和製造兩個方面同步切入，有利於豐富公司產品類型，加快公司戰略佈局的實現，全面提升公司綜合競爭力，提高公司盈利水平和市場競爭力，促進公司持續高質量發展。
