愛柯迪(600933.SH)擬建汽車輕量化鋁合金精密壓鑄件項目及科技產業園項目
格隆匯3月2日丨愛柯迪(600933.SH)公佈，根據公司整體戰略佈局的規劃以及業務發展的需要，公司擬與柳州市柳東新區管理委員會簽署《柳東新區汽車輕量化鋁合金精密壓鑄件項目投資協議書》，建設汽車輕量化鋁合金精密壓鑄件項目，項目總投資約5億元；擬與寧波(江北)高新技術產業園管理委員會簽署《投資意向書》，建設愛柯迪科技產業園項目，項目總投資約10億元。
其中，公司通過在柳州市柳東新區管理委員會管轄區內註冊設立一個全資投資公司(“柳州投資公司”)，由其購置土地並修建廠房，並由柳州投資公司投資培育約5家控股子公司(以實際成立數量為準)，用於進行高壓壓鑄及其他成型技術、模具生產、鋁液加工等，從而打造專業化的生態鏈產業。本項目購置熔煉爐、壓鑄機、機器人、加工中心、數控車牀等加工生產設備約300台/套，建成達產後，實現年產能3000萬件汽車輕量化鋁合金精密壓鑄件，營業收入6億元的規模。
公司的發展戰略要求“生產貼近客户”，通過在客户的集聚地設立生產基地，為客户提供高品質的產品，提供近距離的更能滿足客户需求的服務。公司將以上述項目建設為載體，在滿足現有客户需求的前提下，以柳州地區為中心，輻射中國西南部、甚至東南亞汽車市場，進一步提高公司在行業中的競爭能力，提高市場佔有率，有利於與客户建立長期穩定的戰略合作伙伴關係，為公司長久發展夯實基礎。上述投資協議的投資事宜旨在擴大公司產業規模，拓展市場空間，有利於提升公司核心競爭力和行業影響力，符合公司長遠發展戰略及利益。
在“汽車輕量化”及新能源汽車發展已成必然趨勢的大背景下，公司此次簽署投資(意向)協議，旨在為充分把握汽車輕量化、新能源汽車等領域的新發展趨勢及其對鋁合金壓鑄件的新增需求作準備，以便增強在新領域中獲取新市場、新客户、新產品份額的競爭能力；充分利用現有的全球市場格局、現有的客户資源和新開發的客户資源，延伸向客户提供更廣的產品線及其服務範圍。
