大和:新創建(0659.HK)經營現金流強勁及具增長潛力 籲買入
新創建集團(0659.HK)上週公佈中期業績,大和發表研究報告表示,新創建中期經調整後純利按年跌7%,遜於預期。該行認為新創建的核心資產仍維持強健,具有強勁的營運現金流和具增長潛力,予“買入”投資評級。
該行認為新創建前景審慎,但傾向於購買不良資產,管理層表示,由於新冠肺炎疫情仍未知持續多久,市場情況具挑戰性,但該行認為新創建擁有穩定的現金流及穩固的現金結餘,將在此疲弱經濟狀況下,可物色不良資產,除了收費公路外,亦物色其工業項目如再生能源及數據中心。該行又指,管理層有信心維持穩定漸進息派息政策。
